POLICIES

We are a licensed tattoo facility, so everyone who enters our door must be 18 years of age or older. There are no exceptions, as this is the law and the requirement of our insurance policy. We take this very seriously. Spectators 18+ may take a seat in the waiting area. No one besides the artist and the client is allowed at the work station.

We accept cash and card. No checks, Venmo, Cash App, etc., please.

Please postpone your appointment if you are sick. We work in close proximity to our clients’ faces and cannot risk missing work days if we catch a bug. Your appointment is important to us, but so is our health and the health of our other clients. In addition, some of us have immune-suppressed family members, so extra precaution is needed, especially during cold and flu season.

Our services are an investment and something most clients put a lot of thought and planning into. Because of this, it is nearly impossible to fill a last-minute cancellation. Please consider this if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and kindly allow plenty of time for us to fill the spot. Clients who no-show will not be invited to rebook their appointment. Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will be asked to pay in full before rebooking to prevent repeat last-minute cancellations. Non-refundable or transferrable deposits may be required.

Please be prompt. Clients 10 minutes late or more risk cancellation of the appointment and payment due in full required before being allowed to reschedule. Clients less than 10 minutes late will have the time subtracted from the allotted numbing time. Plan for high traffic volumes and extended drive times when driving into downtown Sumner at any time of the day. Early arrivals may check out the many local shops and cafes in the area. I will send you a text if I am able to see you early, otherwise I am running on-time and will see you at your scheduled appointment time.

Plan to follow your artist’s aftercare instructions exactly. Clients who do not follow the aftercare instructions religiously typically do not have great healed results. Free touchups are not offered at any time, for any reason.

We do not issue refunds for any reason, ever. The skin is an ever-changing organ. There are too many variables during your appointment, and in the days that follow, that determine how the skin will react and retain the pigment for us to guarantee the outcome of any service. Please plan to thoroughly fill out the intake forms and follow aftercare instructions diligently in order to achieve the best retention possible. Fabulous ink retention is always a team effort.
